City View Designs is owned and operated by Victor Ruiz. He is a certified Hunter Douglas dealer and installer that has been in the design business for over 25 years. Victor started in the floor covering industry in 1990 and made the transition to window treatments 12 years ago. He has installed for Secretary & President Clinton, Conan O'Brien and Golf Pro Mickie Gallagher among other high profile clients. Victor is also the preferred installer for projects at Hunter Douglas Executives residences.
